Atlanta Housing Market Potential
The current real estate market presents huge opportunity – it is quite unusual to have stock markets at highs, yet interest rates at historical lows and prices at 2003 levels.
Inventories in Atlanta have dropped from a high near 125,000 units at peak, to 40,000 homes on the market currently! At some point prices are going to slingshot upward.
